Becoming Excellent Front Liner

Every day, every hour and every minute, before I stepped up to this desk, I've always keep asking myself....what type of front liner I should be? Friendly and considerate, firm and user-friendly, crap bitch or how-may-I-help-you type? Becoming a front liner always become impressionist or portraying the image of your institution.

And how excellent we will be? Every minutes, every hours, we faced many type of people with various behaviors and needs and also various type of intellectuality. Maybe the problems they face still the same, but the level of approaching these customers are different. That mean sometimes we have to be an actor or actress just to entertain them.

The question still remain. Where are the red line of excellencies for the front liner? The question also remain for ours because we are also human and have different perception of this matters.

And as human, we are evolving, aren't we? I'm always buffle with my collegue, if they are too strict or too firm for the customers. They human also.

RED Saga

I've finally viewed the 2nd generation saga. I'll been able to make last night. I've tried everything on the vehicle, the seat, power steering, the boot, rear seat and also try to find the ECU unit for this baby. My lady excited about this new saga, but the plan to get another car need to postpone until I finish my study.

First day at kindergarten

Hari ini merupakan hari pertama junior belajar di kindergarten dan tahun ni junior aku dah berumur 6 tahun. Excited sungguh dia hari ini. Sekali kejut jam 8 pagi dah bangun dan ready nak ke bilik air untuk memberus gigi. Mungkin excited nak ke tempat baru. Sebelum ni aku hantar ke TASKI ABIM. So aku rasa tahun ni biarlah dekat sikit dengan office his mother. Tak delah teruk untuk aku ke sana ke mari. Dahlah work schedule tight. Itu belum lagi outstation.

Tiba kat tempat baru, aku terpaksa buat benda yang aku tak berapa suka iaitu mengisi borang pendaftaran. Kan ke bagus borang tu dikepilkan bersama-sama surat tawaran yang dihantar kepada ibu bapa? Anyway terpaksalah mengambil masa lebih kurang 30 minit nak settlekan registration. In the mean time, junior dah follow pembantu taska untuk meninjau kelas dan layan video. After that, parents dberikan taklimat oleh penyelaras kurikulum kindergarten dan aku dapati ramai orang luar yang hantar anak mereka ke sini, meaning people yang tak bekerja di institusi aku bekerja. Anyway selepas itu, aku pun tinjau ke kelas untuk tengok junior, ok ke tak ok. Namun, aku assume everything is ok, whenever junior said to me, " ayah baliklah dulu."

The New Year 2008

Selamat tahun baru 2008. Bermakna kita semakin matang mengikut usia (hopefully). Dan seperti mana kata allahyarham bapa aku, kita semakin mendekati mati. Seperti mana tahun-tahun lepas, aku dihujani soalan yang sama. Apa azam tahun baru aku? Seperti mana yang lepas2, aku tak ada azam tahun baru. Sesungguhnya itulah realiti. Sebab dalam hidup ini perkara yang berlaku esoknya mestilah lebih baik dari hari ini. Jadi kenapa perlu setiap tahun baru, perlu ada azam? Dah jadi budaya pulak tu.

Rasa pelik bila masuk ofis hari ni. Jadual bertugas yang baru. Dan dengar kata ader staff baru masuk hari ni. Tengok tray, banyak perkara yang perlu disettlekan. Kontrak dan technical psecs yang kena direview, online database yang perlu dievaluate. Dan juga kena plan how to get effective with three-men team to handle 10,000 job tasks.
